This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.
- Returns & Replacements
- If the product you have received is defective or we ship you the wrong item we will gladly replace it. We will pay for shipping and handling (standard postal service). If you order the wrong size shirt we will replace it but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return. Please call in at 800-577-7162 or email support@cdholidaytees.com and request a return authorization number for your shirt that you would like to return. If you are wanting a different shirt or size please include a check for $5.00 and a note explaining what you would like it replaced with.
- Ordering
- All orders placed by 10:00 AM CST will be shipped the same day. Otherwise your order will be processed and shipped the following day.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All payments are handled through PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal website and following completion of payment you will be redirected back to the CD Holiday Tees Store. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay for your order. When redirected all you need to do is click the link to pay without having an account. All prices listed do not include shipping and handling charges. Also prices do not include any applicable tax for people living in the state of Missouri.
- Viewing Orders
- You can view your orders anytime by logging in to your account. You may also call our office at (800) 577-7162 or email us at support@cdholidaytees.com.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account information you must have created an account. Then all you need to do is log in to your account and change the information.
