- Orders placed are shipped the following business. Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. If you choose to pick up your shirts at one of our retail stores, they should be ready the following business day, but it is best to call ahead to make sure.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’.

- Returns & Replacements
- If the product you have received is defective or we ship you the wrong item we will gladly replace it. We will pay for shipping and handling (standard postal service). If you order the wrong size shirt we will replace it but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return. Please call in at 800-577-7162 or email kevin@creatordesigns.com and request a return authorization number for your shirt that you would like to return. If you are wanting a different shirt or size please include a check for $5.00 and a note explaining what you would like it replaced with.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All payments are handled through PayPal, you do not need a PayPal accout to pay for items. The information entered is only processed by PayPal and none of your credit card information is stored. All prices listed do not include shipping and handling charges. Also prices do not include any applicable tax for people living in the state of Missouri.

Updating Account Information- You can update all account information by logging into your account through the CD Holiday Tees.
